Thomas Nishimoto

Thomas’ passion for science and the outdoors has been deeply rooted in him for as long as he can remember. Growing up in the Long Beach area, he spent most of his childhood exploring the beaches of SoCal or hiking the San Gabriel mountains.

After graduating with his degree in Life Science Education, he found himself where he spent many weekends growing up: back in the mountains. Thomas has spent the last year teaching 6th grade campers ecology and environmental science at Thousand Pines Outdoor Science School near Lake Arrowhead. In his free time, you’ll find him exploring a new trail or spear fishing off Palos Verdes.
