Charter Petition
We the People High School received authorization for a 5-Year term from the Los Angeles County Office of Education on March 12, 2019. The term was extended to 7 years due do the pandemic. To read the full petition, click on the ‘learn more’ below.
Founding Documents
We the people is a grassroots school designed for and with students and parents. Over the course of 2018-2019, we presented our school model at school board meetings to argue for the establishment of our school. We call these public speeches our “Founding Documents.”
