At We the People, we understand how crucial it is to protect the privacy of children when they use the internet.  Therefore, our policy is to refrain from collecting or maintaining any Personal Information about anyone under the age of 13. We do not intentionally collect or maintain personal information from those who are under 13 years old. If we obtain actual knowledge that a user is under 13, we will take steps to remove that user’s personal information from our databases.
